Sales & Operations Assistant — Remote (B2B Translation Services)

About the Company:

We're a growing translation and localization business helping B2B companies communicate clearly across markets. Our clients are agencies, tech companies, and international teams that need high-quality translations, delivered fast and professionally.

We're now looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented to support our CEO with sales outreach, marketing execution, and day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do:

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Manage LinkedIn outreach using automation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Dripify, etc.)
  • Research and qualify new leads in target industries
  • Write and schedule personalized follow-up messages
  • Keep track of leads and responses in CRM / Google Sheets


Email Marketing

  • Create and send cold email campaigns
  • Monitor open and reply rates and optimize messages
  • Keep contact lists clean and up to date


Operations & Project Coordination

  • Support small client projects and communication
  • Organize tasks, deadlines, and reporting
  • Prepare offers, proposals, and presentations
  • Help streamline workflows (Notion, Google Workspace, automations)

Who You Are:

  • Excellent written and spoken English (Romanian a plus, other languages a bonus)
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
  • Quick learner who enjoys using tools and systems
  • Interested in B2B sales, marketing, and business operations
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Dripify is a plus
