Education: University degree in Marketing, Pharmacy or Medicine (an advantage)

Industry Experience: 1–3 years in the pharmaceutical sector, with a solid understanding of the competitive landscape

Skills:

Strong market opportunity analysis and feasibility assessment

Excellent command of MS Office (Advanced Excel skills)

Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution of marketing initiatives

Product management, marketing strategy, and product launch planning

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Customer-focused, delivering on both internal and external expectations

Strong communication and influencing skills to drive strategic alignment across teams

Job Description:

Contribute to company growth by successfully promoting GTS Solution's product portfolio to physicians and pharmacists through meetings, group presentations, and other client-focused activities aligned with company strategy and objectives.

Therapeutic Specialties: Cardiology; Endocrinology; Allergology; Dermatology; ORL; Family Medicine; Pediatrics, etc.

Enhance medical promotion team performance to meet targets within agreed budgets

Directly supervise medical representatives, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies

Manage sales efforts across assigned territories nationwide

Identify and organize special events (presentations, roundtables, symposiums)

Implement sales strategies through planning, analysis, resource allocation, and scheduling

Consistently achieve sales targets (volume, value, market share)

Maintain regular contact with healthcare professionals, adjusting engagement frequency per marketing strategy

Organize meetings and symposiums to promote the company and products, supporting sales goals

Develop and monitor marketing plans for managed brands

Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), decision-makers, physicians, and pharmacists

Analyze competitors and recommend optimization strategies

Prepare periodic marketing activity reports and monthly sales reports by region

Support medical representatives with field visits, scientific presentations, product training, and ongoing coaching

Conduct product training and knowledge assessments for the medical team, including new hires and periodic evaluations via CRM platform

Support the medical promotion team with training on reporting platforms and GDPR compliance in collaboration with Area Managers

Coordinate with agencies for promotional material production
