A Day in the Life

As aA Product ManagerA in the Professional Products Division Romania, you will be the strategic driver behind the growth and success of our brands. Reporting to the Brand Business Director, you will define and execute brand strategies that align with international positioning while addressing local market needs. Your role will combine strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Brand Strategy and Identity:
  • Define and guide the brand strategy for Romania, ensuring alignment with international positioning and local priorities.
  • Safeguard the brand`s identity and purpose while contributing to its development and growth.
  • Marketing and Activation:
  • Lead the end-to-end marketing process, including the adaptation of international launches and the creation of integrated activation plans.
  • Develop and execute annual brand plans, including product launches, 360A- marketing strategies (IMC/Digital/Retail), and education initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across online and offline channels.
  • Business Management:
  • Manage the brand`s PandL, including sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, market share, and brand performance, proposing corrective actions when needed.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, education, and external agencies to develop and implement comprehensive business strategies.
  • Consumer and Market Insights:
  • Analyze consumer and market data to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring alignment between product development and local needs.
  • Share insights with regional teams to influence product innovation and strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Mobilize internal and external stakeholders to execute brand strategies effectively.
  • Present clear and compelling messages to senior management and partner departments.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven individual with a passion for professional beauty and a deep understanding of brand management. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience and Expertise:
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end marketing process.
  • Proven ability to manage a brand`s PandL and develop actionable plans based on data-driven insights.
  • Expertise in designing and executing marketing strategies, including pricing, product management, and local brand adaptation.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market and consumer data.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead change through collaboration.
  • Teamwork and project management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mindset and Potential:
  • Empathy, resilience, sound judgment, ambition, and agility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • A consumer- and client-focused approach, with a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of market challenges.
  • Education and Languages:
  • A university degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
