This Position reports to:
Regional Sales Manager, SEU
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for Sales & Marketing activities in Motion business and operational accountabilities by enabling the organization to achieve its mid- and long-term strategic targets through strong leadership. You'll ensure local alignment with global strategies while promoting cross-divisional collaboration.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Developing and sustaining a customer-centric culture within the organization and across different teams and functions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure superior customer experience
- Ensuring development of business and financial performance targets in line with Global Division Strategy and achieve ambitious growth targets through developing and executing local plans. Driving local P&L (OR, OR/Rev GM, Sales Costs), aligning sales costs with business priorities.
- Demonstrating deep understanding of the relevant market segments, competition landscape and our market positioning, identifying long term growth ambition and evaluating growth opportunities with existing and potential customers and determining plans for implementation. Monitoring sales performance, proactively, ensuring the development and implementation of corrective actions to secure business growth when needed
- Ensuring strong leadership, people management, and communication across all levels to achieve the sales targets, through high performance. Implementing HSE and business compliance standards and regulations within the unit. Live the ABB values and group standard
Qualifications For The Role
- Sales leadership skills with strong growth mindset
- Deep understanding of industrial markets, go-to-market strategy, customer needs, and growth levers with a background of Motion business
- Demonstrated leadership, people management, and change management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
