Business Unit Manager- Mobile Division
What you'll have to do:

  • Define a detailed strategy for the Mobile Division in line with company objectives;
  • Work closely with Finance and Marketing teams in order to execute the division's strategy;
  • Attends management meetings and presents the division's strategy;
  • Define portfolio of brands / suppliers for Mobile Division;
  • Coordinate the team of the division you are responsible for;
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers who meet the company's requirements to secure the most favorable terms of business for the company including marketing COOP funds;
  • Keep all contracts for the supply of goods and services under review to ensure that they are being carried out effectively and renegotiate terms when necessary;
  • Review the overall acquisition plan based on the sales budget / forecast;
  • Plan and manage performance of inventory and suppliers;
  • Evaluate performance of the division and monitors market changes to identify new opportunities as well as changes to our existing offering;
  • Identify any new actions to maintain market competitiveness and gain market share;
  • Analyze product positioning in the market and makes decisions accordingly;
  • Analyze sales reports, orders, clients' demands and acts accordingly to meet and exceed sales targets;

What makes you a good fit:

  • University degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics or similar;
  • Knowledge and minimum 8 years experience in retail buying or product management;
  • Minimum 3 years in management roles;
  • Category knowledge: distribution channels, products, margins;
  • Confident, ambitious, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment;
  • Communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Highly organized, analytical, task focused;
  • Uses creative thought process - on product, promotions, displays, deals etc.;
  • Able to work across multicultural environments;
  • Very good command of English;
  • Advanced MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
