Cautam un Director Comercial cu experienta solida si o viziune strategica orientata spre rezultate. Candidatul ideal este disponibil pentru relocare in Brasov si are capacitatea de a lucra intr-un mediu dinamic si competitiv.
Responsabilitati cheie:
- Strategie Comerciala si Armonizarea Canalelor de vanzare
: elaboreaza strategia comerciala generala a companiei adaptata specific pe canalele: IKA, reatail, HoReCa, retail propriu; - Planul anual si lunari de Vanzari – intern si export
:
Eleboreaza planul anual de Vanzari
la nivelul societatii, integrand obiectivele pentru piata interna si externa (export) pe categorii de produse, canale de vanzare si regiuni. Fundamenteaza Planul anual pe baza analizelor de piata si strategia generala a companiei. - Raspunderea de Planului Financiar si indicatorilor de Profitabilitate: elaboreaza, implementeaza si urmareste
planul financiar comercial, in concordanta cu obiectivele strategice ale companiei; - Managementul preturilor
si reactie competitiva: conduce strategia de preturi la nivelul companiei - Vanzari nationale –
lactate si inghetata
: urmareste activ realizarea obiectivelor stabilite si analizeaza periodic rezultatele. Evalueaza periodic performanta comerciala si financiara a filialelor; - Key Account Management
(IKA): negociaza si administreaza contractele comerciale cu retelele de tip IKA si gestioneaza relatia cu buyerii;
Profilul tau:
- Experienta minim 7 -10 ani in pozitii de top management comercial (preferabil in FMCG/industria alimentara)
- Experienta dovedita in negocierea si gestionarea conturilor IKA
- Cunostinte avansate de analiza financiara, pricing si managementul costurilor comerciale
- Excelente abilitati de leadership, comunicare si negociere
- Spirit antreprenorial, orientat spre rezultate si optimizare continua
- Studii superioare finalizate, preferabil in domeniul economic sau tehnic
- Disponibilitate pentru relocare in Brasov si deplasari ocazionale
