Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director Vanzari - Partener located in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Director Vanzari - Partener is responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, leading and mentoring the sales team, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales management experience and ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience with partner management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the tools and equipment industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in both English and Romanian
