The Opportunity
Role
We're seeking a Sales Area Manager - Rumania region to join Łukasz's - Country Manager Central East Region. This role offers the opportunity to:
- Drive market expansion in the Rumanian region.

Mission:
Drive the development of the local market by implementing effective commercial strategies to increase market share. You will focus in opening opportunities with new customers, specifying our products, for the account of our distributors, and managing / supporting local team and sales forces of the distributor. Acting as the company's ambassador, your will build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance the brand's reputation. Ultimately, the Area Sales Manager aligns local activities with global objectives to achieve sustainable and profitable growth in the target market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (70%)
- Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You have a real hunter's instinct' with the ability to create interest and trust. You will be responsible for the early stages of your sales pipeline, opening doors, specifying our solutions and working in good cooperation with our distributors to conclude the sales, in order to achieve your objectives.
- Generate and qualify leads
- Conduct meetings with key decision-makers
- Prepare and negotiate proposals
- Secure contracts to meet revenue targets
Strategic Planning (20%)
- Co-develop and refine market strategies
- Optimize sales tools and processes
- Adapt global initiatives for the local market
Market Presence (10%)
- Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs
- Organize and participate in networking events
- Build relationships with key influencers
- Enhance company reputation in the area assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Handle account operations, including customer service and forecasting
- Coordinate with headquarters for product ordering and service delivery
- Represent company at industry events
What You Can Bring To Us
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in B2G/B2B sales, preferably with disruptive technologies
- Experience managing sales agent networks
- Rumanian and English conversational proficiency
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Rumanian region.
