Following these successful developments,

has begun construction on three new Real Estate Developments, Pajurei 3 Residence ), SunLight Residence ) and SkyLight Residence ), totaling 2.534 Apartments through several phases. Beyond these Real Estate Developments, InteRo Property Development has another residential development in the pipeline for a total of 445 Apartments + Houses, which will begin sales in Q4 2025.

, you will be working with true real estate experts as the combined real estate experience between leadership and this team is over 60 years as Fund Managers, Asset Managers, Property Managers, Investors and Developers within multiple North American and European markets.

The Sales Representative serves as the firm's primary point of contact for all current and prospective clients. In this critically important role, you will manage client relationships, sell to local and international clients while working closely with all members of the InteRo team to exceed client expectations. You will be expected to help grow InteRo's business through the efficient use of your time with clients, prospective clients, centers of influence and community involvement, making an invaluable contribution to our firm.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ Years of successful Full-Sales Cycle Experience within Real Estate in Bucharest.
  • Originate sales opportunities through direct client outreach as well as via targeted leads.
  • Native Romanian speaker and Near-Fluent English speaker.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executing the full sales cycle from initial client interaction until handover of the purchased assets (Apartments/Parkings/Storages).
  • Work directly in partnership with the Leadership Team to introduce, promote and actively educate your local community about InteRo Property Development.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communications.
  • Actively participate in the development of new business and networking opportunities.
  • Participate in local and international events.
  • Participate in marketing content creation as led by the Marketing Team.
  • Coordinate and execute in-person meetings at the Bucharest HQ Office or in the field.
  • Operate daily out of Bucharest HQ Office (10:00 – 18:00; Monday – Friday).
  • Working hours may be required outside of normal daily working hours for client meetings.
  • CRM Management.

COMPENSATION


• OTE (On-Target Earnings): 30.000€ Net

CERINȚE:


• Experiență de minim 3 ani în ciclul complet de vânzări în domeniul imobiliar din București.


• Capacitatea de a genera oportunități de vânzare prin contact direct cu clienții și prin lead-uri țintite.


• Limba română nativă și limba engleză aproape fluentă.

RESPONSABILITĂȚI:


• Executarea întregului ciclu de vânzări, de la prima interacțiune cu clientul până la predarea activelor achiziționate (apartamente/garaje/depozite).


• Lucrul direct în parteneriat cu echipa de conducere pentru a introduce, promova și educa activ comunitatea locală despre InteRo Property Development.


• Dezvoltarea și gestionarea relațiilor cu clienții, inclusiv contactul și comunicările regulate cu aceștia.


• Participarea activă la dezvoltarea de noi oportunități de afaceri și crearea de oportunități de networking.


• Participarea la evenimente locale și internaționale.


• Contribuirea la crearea de conținut pentru marketing, sub conducerea echipei de marketing.


• Coordonarea și desfășurarea întâlnirilor face-to-face la biroul central din București sau pe teren.


• Activitatea zilnică la biroul din București (10:00 – 18:00; Luni – Vineri).


• Posibilitatea de a lucra în afacerea programului standard de lucru pentru întâlniri cu clienții.


• Gestionarea CRM-ului.
