Valdrum este o echipă tânără, dar cu multa experință in livrarea soluțiilor de Business Intelligence.

Deservim clienți de dimensiuni medii și mari, inclusiv companii din Fortune 500. Am livrat soluții în domenii precum Telecom, IT, Logistică, Oil&Gas și Banking într-o varietate de regiuni geografice - Europa/SUA/Canada/Australia/Orientul Mijlociu.

Căutăm un coleg/colegă cu care sa pornim la un drum de lungă durată, în care suntem dispuși să investim și de la care așteptăm curiozitate de a învăta lucruri noi, adaptabilitate si dorința de a face parte dintr-o echipă dinamică.

Ce presupune jobul de business intelligence developer:

-      Comunicare constantă cu clientul pentru a întelege problemele de business cu care se confruntă.

-      Crearea unui design care să raspundă cerințelor clientului.

-      Implementarea soluției propuse într-ul din toolurile alese (IBM Planning Analytics/ IBM Cognos Analytics/Varicent/Anaplan etc).

-      Unit & regression testing.

-      Documentarea tehnică a modelului.

-      Asistență continuă a clientului atât în timpul implementării cât și post implementare (support & maintenance).

-      Deplasare la client* (în funcție de proiect/cerințele clientului cât și de evoluția pandemiei Covid-19 sau a situaților similare).

Cum ar arata primul an la Valdrum?

La două luni de la anagajare:

  • Training alături de consultanții noștri seniori
  • Familiarizarea cu procesul și etapele unei implementări
  • Lucrul sub umbrela unui consultant senior pe un proiect real

La șase luni de la angajare:

  • Alocat\ă unui proiect în rolul de Junior BI Developer
  • Responsabilități de design în taskurile asociate
  • Colaborare directă cu clientul pe taskurile asociate

La un an de la angajare:

  • Capabil/ă de a conduce un proiect de mici dimensiuni
  • Expertiză în unul din toolurile de Business inteligence
  • Responsabil/ă pentru comunicarea cu clientul pe întreg proiectul
  • Responsabil/ă pentru succesul unui proiect de dimensiuni mici
  • Implicat/ă în procesul de recrutare și mentorat pentru noii angajați

Cerintele noastre sunt:

  • Studii superioare într-un domeniu tehnic sau adiacent tehnic
  • Limba Engleză la nivel avansat
  • Gândire analitică/matematică
  • Comunicare și lucrul în echipă
  • SQL
  • Orice Limbaj POO (programare obiect orientată) – Optional
