Analyst (Czech and/or Slovak speaking)

Location: Cluj or Bucharest, Romania

We are seeking an analyst to join our expanding Romania team. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis and producing high quality reports for our clients. They will be goal-orientated and meet deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standards. The Analyst will be self-motivated and eager to develop and learn. The successful candidate will want to play a part in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The requirements of the role are:

Report writing

o  Excellent written and verbal English is essential

o  High-level comprehension of Czech and/or Slovak is a must (additional proficiency in other European languages is welcome)

o  Experience in due diligence, business intelligence, journalism or investigative/academic research is desirable but not essential

Research and analysis

o  A demonstrated interest in international political, social or legal matters and a good understanding of financial crime concepts

o  Excellent communication skills including verbal, narrative report writing and presentation skills

o  The ability to research, analyse and summarise information and condense large amounts of complex information in an accurate, logical, and concise manner, in narrative summaries

o  Close attention to detail, thoroughness, and quality

o  Ability to consider and assess multiple factors and present solutions

Project management

o  Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and under pressure in a fast-paced environment

o  Ability to work to budget

o  Ability to follow processes and policies to maintain high quality standards

o  MS Office proficiency

The candidate will:

The successful candidate must have permission to work in Romania by the start of their employment.
