Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated
Junior Pega Developer
eager to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the
Pega Platform
, while learning and applying best practices in Business Process Management (BPM).

This role is ideal for someone with 12 years of Pega experience and a strong desire to deepen their technical and functional knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of Pega applications.
  • Configure case management, user interfaces, decision rules, and workflows.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and documentation of applications.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation for technical configurations and processes.
  • Learn and apply Pega best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Pega Platform or similar BPM solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (Java or similar), SQL, and database concepts.
  • Experience with UI design, flow configuration, data pages, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Italian.
  • Pega CSA (Certified System Architect v8 or higher) certification.
