We are looking for a
BI Analyst
to join our cross-functional agile product team in the
online gambling industry
. Your work will have a direct impact on
player acquisition, retention, and marketing effectiveness
.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze large datasets to understand the impact of marketing campaigns on player behavior.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams and stakeholders to improve data-driven decision making.
  • Identify patterns and trends from data and turn them into actionable insights.
  • Work directly with business users to uncover detailed needs and requirements.
  • Deliver weekly executive-level reports with actionable insights on company KPIs.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to monitor acquisition, retention, and overall business performance.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience with
    Tableau
    or Power BI. We're working with Tableau.
  • Database exposure: Experience with
    PostgreSQL
    and
    Cockroach
    .
  • Knowledge of
    scripting languages
    .
  • SQL skills
    and experience analyzing large datasets.
  • Proactive mindset – you bring ideas and help bring them to life.
  • Experience working with large datasets to generate actionable business insights.

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science
    or related field.
  • Experience in the
    Gaming & Gambling industry
    .
