* Are experiență anterioară într-un rol de coordonare (avantaj)

* Este flexibil, adaptabil și deschis către învățare continuă

* Are abilități foarte bune de comunicare și relaționare

* Poate lucra eficient atât în echipă, cât și individual

* Este orientat către obiective și luarea deciziilor

Descrierea rolului:

Junior Project Manager-ul va colabora îndeaproape cu Directorul General și cu echipele interne și externe pentru buna desfășurare a programelor și proiectelor de training.

Responsabilități cheie:

* Coordonarea și organizarea calendarului de activități

* Comunicare constantă cu echipa externă (coachi, facilitatori, colaboratori) și internă (sales, marketing)

* Relaționare directă cu clienții pe durata programelor

* Planificarea și organizarea logistică a proiectelor și evenimentelor

* Colaborarea cu departamentul tehnic/IT pentru instalări, setări sau rezolvarea rapidă a eventualelor probleme tehnice

* Asigurarea suportului logistic la evenimente (transport, manipulare și montare materiale)

* Participarea activă în întâlniri online și la birou

* Gestionarea materialelor, contractelor, facturilor și corespondenței oficiale

* Crearea de proceduri, rapoarte, prezentări și documente relevante

* Posibilitatea de a reprezenta Directorul General în întâlniri, când este necesar
