A Day in the Life
As a Sales Representative In Bucharest, You'll Be Part Of The L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, Working Closely With Pharmacies To Promote Our Trusted Dermatological Solutions. Reporting To The Area Sales Manager, You'll Have The Opportunity To

  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with pharmacy clients, ensuring the brands are their go-to dermatological brands.
  • Promote Excellence: Present and promote the brands products, ensuring clients are well-informed about their benefits and usage.
  • Drive Sales: Achieve sales targets by implementing effective strategies and negotiating win-win agreements.
  • Market Insights: Gather and share market intelligence to identify opportunities and improve performance.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and medical teams to align on brand strategies and ensure impactful activations.

We Are Looking For
You'll Thrive In This Role If You

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
  • Are fluent in English and Romanian.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and a client-oriented mindset.
  • Excel in communication and relationship building.
  • Are results-driven and motivated to exceed targets.
