Responsibilities

  • Running end-to-end recruitment projects (including sourcing, face to face interviews, feedback)
  • Actively doing business development for your area of specialism - Sales & Marketing
  • Offering consultancy and support both for your clients and candidates
  • You will work with top clients from allocated industries, keep in contact with your clients and potential new ones, including visiting their sites
  • Be the single point of contact for your clients
  • Making sure that the right candidate is placed in the right job

What you'll need to succeed

  • Consistent experience in managing end-to-end recruitment projects (preferably in a recruitment agency)
  • Ability and creativity to find strong candidates and efficiently communicate with professionals from your specialisms
  • Specialism in Sales & Marketing (strong plus)
  • Experience in business development activities (strong plus)
  • Willingness to become an expert in recruitment industry
  • Positive attitude, independent and results-driven
  • English - Advanced
