Compensation: Commission Only — Earn $500 for every closed deal (no fixed salary)

Role Overview

As a Sales Intern, you'll join our international sales development team and receive hands-on training in client outreach, communication, and conversion techniques.

This is a remote, commission-based role — ideal for ambitious graduates who want real-world experience, flexibility, and unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients via LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the senior marketing team.
  • Present Portofino's marketing services in a confident, professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
  • Learn and apply proven sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level or higher).
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

This internship is commission-based only.

You'll earn $500 USD for every successful deal you help close, with no earning cap.

Outstanding performers may be offered a paid position after the internship.
