Now, we're looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant who's ready to take ownership, deliver results, and grow alongside us.

You'll own full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical and hybrid positions — from infrastructure and development to cybersecurity and roles that blend tech with business. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll refine interview processes, ensure strong matches, and deliver results

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and lead end-to-end IT recruitment projects, delivering high-quality matches across technical and hybrid roles
  • Create smart sourcing strategies that bring in the right people, fast
  • Raise the bar on interview quality, working with hiring managers to ensure consistency and clarity
  • Meet and exceed recruitment KPIs — from time-to-fill and offer acceptance to candidate satisfaction
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming their go-to recruitment partner
  • Help grow our client base, spotting new opportunities and proposing tailored solutions
  • Keep communication flowing with hiring managers, offering insights and feedback throughout the process
  • Make candidates feel valued, from first contact to final offer
  • Contribute smart ideas and market know-how that keep our approach fresh and future-ready

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, including roles in infrastructure, development, cybersecurity, and hybrid tech-business positions
  • Confidence in recruiting for both specialist and management-level roles
  • Strong ability to partner with hiring managers, offering strategic input, and maintaining alignment
  • Solid understanding of tech stacks, market dynamics, and candidate motivations
  • Proven track record of delivering results, even under pressure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams
  • A self-starter mindset — you're independent, proactive, and love solving problems
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
  • Creative, resilient, and focused on outcomes, not just activity
