Description:

The Internal Partner Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting partners across the world to grow their business by enhancing their marketing and sales initiatives with discretionary investments from our client. The Internal Partner Marketing Specialist leads the engagement with select partners to develop a marketing plan for business priorities. This role involves close collaboration with partners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and leverage opportunities that benefit both partners and our client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and marketing activation of new partners recruited into the HPE Partner Ready programs.
  • Manage and support joint marketing planning with select partners that align with HPE overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage and monitor planned activities and budget from activity planning to claiming
  • Accelerate execution by leveraging Marketing Services Agencies when possible
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Train and support partners on Development Funds guidelines and processes.
  • Verify activities meet program eligibility, budget availability, spend guidance and compliance.
  • Review and approve submitted activities timely
  • Build strong relationships with partners as the main marketing contact.
  • Support partners and our client`s PBMs/DMBs/PMMs using the Development Funds tool.
  • Work with the sales team to align sales and marketing efforts for partner-related goals.
  • Audit Development Funds usage and prepare for regular reports on fund utilization and return on investment (ROI).
  • Continuously provide feedback to optimize programs based on feedback and performance data.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor`s Degree mandatory.
  • 3+ years channel marketing experience in IT industry, including MDF programs.
  • Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing fundamentals and procedures.
  • Strong written/oral communications and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to be both strategic and tactical
  • Knowledge of the CRM solution
  • Experience with Business Intelligence or data visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel or PowerBI
  • Fluent in English
