Our client:

A leading international, pan-CEE focused real estate investment & development company that has delivered over 50 projects across the region.

The project:

Based just outside Bucharest, and with the key infrastructure as well as initial units already constructed, our client has already invested 45mil EUR in equity as part of a project that will lead to the creation of over 4000 new homes. With Phase II of the project due to start soon, our client is seeking an experienced Residential Sales professional to lead a team in the marketing and sale of one of the leading residential projects in Romania today.

CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales team motivation and management

Work assessments and recruitment

Sales activities reporting

Effective sales of residential property according to the highest client service standards

Active client search

Client relationship development

Post sale service coordination

Cooperation with technical and legal departments

Participation at fairs and events

Residential property market monitoring and competitive analysis

Project and developer image maintenance

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years of sales team management

Sales track record

Client-oriented and proactive attitude

Experience in premium product segment is beneficial

Excellent communication skills

Team player

Entrepreneurial spirit and self-sufficient

Able to work under pressure

Well organized

Hands-on approach
