Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Administrative and Sales Support Officer located in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

  • General Administration, Administrative Assistance, and Organization Skills
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Maintain communication with key clients.
  • Help prepare simple reports and documents.
  • Support client meetings by gathering information and following up.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and proposals.
  • Respond to client and vendor inquiries.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks like emails and contract management.
  • Support the finance team with record-keeping and invoicing.
