Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Administrative and Sales Support Officer located in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area.
Qualifications
- General Administration, Administrative Assistance, and Organization Skills
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain communication with key clients.
- Help prepare simple reports and documents.
- Support client meetings by gathering information and following up.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals.
- Respond to client and vendor inquiries.
- Handle basic administrative tasks like emails and contract management.
- Support the finance team with record-keeping and invoicing.
