Payroll Support Administrator
to join us on this exciting journey.

The
Payroll Support Administrator
is part of the Global HR Services Department and reports to the Payroll Coordinator based in the Netherlands.

About the Role:

As a Payroll Support Administrator, you will play an important role in processing personnel and salary changes, assisting with payroll operations, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the field of payroll administration within a dynamic retail company.

What You'll Do:

  • Process and verify personnel and salary changes (new hires, terminations, promotions, salary adjustments).
  • Assist in payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Maintain and update payroll records (employee information, salaries, deductions).
  • Ensure compliance with payroll-related laws and company policies.
  • Provide support and answer employee payroll-related inquiries.
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed.
  • Assist with payroll system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for country-specific payroll issues.
  • Work alongside the Payroll Coordinator and Payroll Experts to resolve payroll complexities.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (certifications in payroll are a plus).
  • Previous experience in payroll administration, HR Admin or a similar role (2 years).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (SAP ECP and SuccessFactors experience is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent command of English and Romanian (written and spoken).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
