In this key support role, you'll be acting as the bridge between sales, customers, and internal departments, being responsible for managing quotes, processing orders and tracking renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage accurate sales quotes, orders, and associated documentation in accordance with internal processes.
  • Monitor third-party service renewals, prepare proposals, and support recurring revenue efforts alongside Account Managers.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for sales-related customer queries—responding professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate hardware and software procurement activities, ensuring vendor compliance and on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with Account Management, Finance, Projects, and Service Desk teams to streamline fulfilment and customer onboarding.
  • Assist in generating customer-facing reports and tracking contract KPIs to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure seamless sales operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales administration within a commercial or IT services environment and familiarity with procurement processes
  • Solid understanding of the full sales lifecycle—from quote to renewal and fulfilment.
  • Tech-savvy and confident in using Microsoft Office and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to handling documentation.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team player mindset with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
