We are currently searching for a friendly and positive Sales & Office Support Specialist to join our team in Bucharest.

The Sales & Office Support Specialist role is critical to our sales operations and overall office management. This position involves a mix of sales support tasks and administrative duties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-up.
  • Manage and organise documents from suppliers, including contracts, invoices, and product information.
  • Gather, record, and register sales data accurately into company systems.
  • Assist the marketing team with data collection, campaign preparation, and communication materials.
  • Perform office and administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Active listening to understand client needs and respond accurately.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
  • Solid time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Critical thinking for problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in Romanian (min. C1) and proficiency in English (min. B2).
