Căutăm un Reprezentant Servicii Clienți/ o Reprezentantă Servicii Clienți pentru echipa noastră extraordinară din România. Acest rol este pe o perioadă determinată de 2 ani.

Responsabilități

Gestionarea relației cu clienții și rezolvarea solicitărilor acestora, în conformitate cu valorile Lindström și instrucțiunile operaționale, prin:


• Introducerea datelor clienților în baza de date și actualizarea informațiilor


• Preluarea apelurilor telefonice și feedback-ului clienților și efectuarea operațiunilor necesare


• Acțiuni proactive de prevenire a rezilierii contractelor


• Urmărirea primei livrări către clienții noi


• Gestionarea procesului de facturare către clienți

Calificări

  • Diplomă de licență
  • Minimum 1-2 ani experiență în departamente de servicii clienți
  • Abilități interpersonale solide
  • Abilități analitice si de interpretare a datelor
  • Cunoștințe avansate MS Office
  • Nivel avansat de limba engleză este un avantaj
