About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their technical inquiries and providing troubleshooting assistance through phone and email channels. This role offers you the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and problem-solving skills while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, offering technical support for electronic devices, particularly smartphones.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues, delivering effective and timely solutions.
  • Manage escalated technical issues with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain high service standards and exceed customer expectations.

  • A passion for technology, especially electronic devices such as smartphones.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and an additional European language.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Prior experience in technical customer service or support is an advantage.
  • A College Diploma or higher education qualification is required.
