Customer Service Representative interfaces with customers via inbound and outbound calls, or online communication, depending on client requirements. This position provides support and resolves routine issues related to the client's products or services.

What You Will Do

  • Handle customer requests and provide solutions tailored to their needs
  • Manage multichannel interactions (90% email, 10% voice)
  • Use software tools that enhance user experience
  • Represent and strengthen the client's brand image

Your Profile

  • Italian level C1
  • English level B2
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday)
