Votre Mission Chez Cegedim

  • Gère tout le matériel confidentiel pertinent aux opérations de la compagnie ;
  • Collabore avec différents employés et départements du Groupe pour réaliser des projets spéciaux tels que des projets de promotion externe et/ou interne, team building, projet organisationnel ou de type infrastructure… (ces projets ayant reçu l'approbation de la Direction et/ou des Managers des Services Généraux et/ou Managers Opérationnels)
  • A en charge la gestion des aspects administratifs et opérationnels de la gestion des locaux en ayant un contact régulier avec les fournisseurs et prestataires de services principaux (société réalisant l'entretien des locaux, sociétés fournisseurs de matériels d'entretien, société réalisant la maintenance des équipements nécessaire au bon fonctionnement des locaux – climatisation, entretien et maintenances diverses...)
  • A en charge la gestion des matériels consommables nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des activités du centre (contrôle budgétaire, commande, stockage, rétribution aux responsables d'équipe...)
  • Assure la préparation du protocole en cas de visites officielles ;
  • Apporte son soutien au département financier-comptable et assure le traitement des factures des fournisseurs via la plateforme interne ;
  • Apporte son soutien au département RH pour certaines tâches administratives ;
  • Apporte son soutien au département informatique pour des tâches ponctuelles (gestion des badges d'accès, gestion des téléphones professionnels, etc.) ;
  • Assure la réception, l'enregistrement et la distribution du courrier externe (par courrier, fax, e-mail) et le diriger vers les destinataires, en assurant la confidentialité de l'information ;
  • Réserve des voyages, billets d'avion, des hôtels et transfert de l'aéroport au bureau pour les personnes concernées (définir par la direction et le Management Opérationnel du centre).
