Căutăm un Asistent Manager responsabil, organizat și atent la detalii, care să sprijine activitățile zilnice ale companiei și să se implice în gestionarea proceselor interne. Rolul presupune activități administrative, gestionarea schimburilor și retururilor, precum și suport direct pentru manager și echipă. Ocazional, implică și contact cu clienții pentru rezolvarea solicitărilor.

Responsabilități:

  • Gestionarea
    schimburilor și retururilor
    de produse.
  • Lucru în
    SAP
    și
    Excel
    pentru evidențe și rapoarte.
  • Postări ocazionale pe
    social media
    .
  • Comunicare punctuală cu clienții pentru clarificări și soluționări.

Cerințe:

  • Studii liceale sau superioare.
  • Experiență într-un rol similar constituie avantaj.
  • Abilități bune de organizare și atenție la detalii.
  • Dorință de a învăța și adaptabilitate.
