Befit is hiring a proactive Procurement Specialist to centralize purchasing, manage contracts, and streamline supplier operations across our fitness club network in Bucharest (Sector 1), reporting directly to the Finance Manager with a dotted line to the Vectr Group Procurement Manager.
What you'll do
- Lead centralized procurement: run RFQs, compare offers, coordinate signing, archive contracts, and oversee contract lifecycle for renewals and updates.
- Manage contract portfolio: track expirations, renewals, and amendments across suppliers, landlords and service providers.
- Keep site licenses current: maintain and update the full register of authorizations for all operating locations.
- Support club launches: coordinate contract management and documentation for new club openings.
- Cost allocation support: assist the Finance Manager with allocating supplier invoices to cost centers.
- Map and improve processes: standardize price lists, product catalogs, ordering methods, and approval thresholds to drive efficiency.
- Oversee correspondence: coordinate company-wide courier and postal communications.
- Build supplier relationships: manage suppliers, landlords, and relevant authorities tied to licensing and operations.
- Provide operational support: assist the Operations Manager with ad‑hoc operational and administrative tasks.

- Proven experience in procurement/contracting/paralegal environments, ideally multi-site operations or services.
- Advanced English and strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strengths in planning, organizing, and coordinating complex activities, with sharp analysis and clear communication.
