We are looking for a great
Procurement Specialist
to join our
Romanian Team
.

This role provides a great opportunity to develop a new high-tech brand and to use your expertise and creativity to contribute to the success of a fast-paced & dynamic structure operating like a start-up.

Base Location
: Bucharest, Romania

Main Responsibilities:

  • Development, coordination and management of key suppliers in:
    Marketing (as must),
    Retail
    ,
    Service and Logistics
    (as additional assets).
  • Reporting relevant supplier KPIs and drive their performance.
  • Risk identification and mitigation, anticipating challenges.
  • Take ownership of the issues, resolving them in line with business needs.
  • Recommending and implementation of process improvements to improve supplier relationship and increase supplier long list.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of projects and expectations.
  • Drive best practice and deliver continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven procurement experience in Marketing & Retail
    supplier related categories, and the wider competitive context within the business operating areas.
  • Ability to handle
    deals and negotiations of increased complexity
    .
  • Strong logical analytical ability, able to analyze business requirements and give feasible suggestions for purchasing decisions.
  • Understand the characteristics of various agencies resources, their advantages and disadvantages and being familiar with the industry situation.
  • Legal awareness of contract risks & experience in drafting bespoke contract terms.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in related area, fluent in English on daily work use level.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (
    strong Excel
    , Word and PPT skills).
