Online Synergy is expanding its team and recruiting an
Assistant Manager
to support management in carrying out daily activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and coordinating managers' schedules;
  • Preparing and drafting documents and reports;
  • Managing internal and external correspondence;
  • Ensuring effective communication with partners, collaborators, and suppliers;
  • Providing support for administrative activities.

Requirements:

  • University degree completed or in progress (preferably in economics, administration, or a related field);
  • Previous experience in an administrative/secretarial role is an advantage;
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Drive);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and deadline orientation;
  • Spanish language proficiency at an intermediate/advanced level.
