Online Synergy is expanding its team and recruiting an
Assistant Manager
to support management in carrying out daily activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organizing and coordinating managers' schedules;
- Preparing and drafting documents and reports;
- Managing internal and external correspondence;
- Ensuring effective communication with partners, collaborators, and suppliers;
- Providing support for administrative activities.
Requirements:
- University degree completed or in progress (preferably in economics, administration, or a related field);
- Previous experience in an administrative/secretarial role is an advantage;
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Drive);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and deadline orientation;
- Spanish language proficiency at an intermediate/advanced level.
