Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Bucharest, Romania. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, managing phone communications, and assisting executives with their administrative needs. The role involves general office duties, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
- Proficient in Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
