Junior Sales Associate – Learn Sales from the Ground Up
Bucharest | Automotive | Full-time
We connect online car buyers with in-person sales.
CarZen blends digital tools with real human connection so deals move forward faster — and more meaningfully.
This role is for you if you:
- Learn new processes in under 2 weeks and enjoy improving them once you master them.
- Like listening more than talking and can spot what people
actually
need. - Keep your work accurate even when the pace picks up — zero missing data in our CRM.
- Want to understand sales from both a numbers and people-first perspective.
- Believe in the power of presence in human interaction
Your first 6 months:
- Process 20–30 leads/week and log every detail in the CRM.
- Assist senior team members with logistics and document flow.
- Ensure all listed vehicles are photo-ready and accurately described.
- Support social media posting and lead follow-up with our Managing Partner.
- Work with the CarZen network to keep deals moving.
- Participate in process improvement meetings
What you'll gain:

- A base salary + 10–30% commission starting from month 3.
- A clear growth path — from learning the ropes to managing your own deals.
Must have:
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work from our Bucharest office, 5 days/week.

Nice to have:
- 1–3 years of customer-facing experience.
