Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Bucharest, Romania, with some remote work flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, training clients on product features and benefits, and contributing to the development of sales strategies and management of sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience and skills in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to provide effective Training to clients
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Prior experience in the technology or recruitment industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
