Assistant Manager / Recepționer(ă)
Responsabilități principale:
- Gestionarea activităților de recepție: întâmpinarea vizitatorilor, preluarea apelurilor telefonice, gestionarea corespondenței
- Suport administrativ pentru management: redactarea de documente, programări, rezervări, comenzi de protocol/birotică
- Organizarea și arhivarea documentelor fizice și electronice
- Coordonarea agendei managerului și a sălilor de întâlnire
- Sprijin în organizarea evenimentelor interne sau a întâlnirilor de business
- Menținerea unei bune comunicări interne și externe
Cerințe:
- Studii medii sau superioare finalizate
- Cunoștințe bune de operare PC (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excelente abilități de comunicare scrisă și verbală
- Atitudine pozitivă, profesionalism și discreție
- Capacitate de organizare și prioritizare a sarcinilor
- Limba engleză – nivel avansat (alte limbi străine reprezintă un avantaj)
