The Role

We're looking for an
AI-Assisted Software Developer
to join our forward-thinking team. You'll work side by side with AI—whether it's coding assistants, debugging agents, or orchestration tools—throughout the full development cycle: from idea to production.

This role is about blending
prompt engineering, problem-solving, and coding discipline
to deliver secure, scalable software for our
loyalty and hotel products
. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, testers, designers, and fellow developers, reporting directly to our CTO.

What You Bring

  • A degree in a technical field
  • Strong engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, security, quality gates)
  • Experience with prompt engineering (creating and refining prompts for AI)
  • Agile mindset & solid communication skills
  • Confidence in owning the full software lifecycle: build → deploy → monitor

  • Docker & Kubernetes
  • Cloud (AWS)
  • Data stack experience
  • Multi-agent orchestration tools / AI-assisted dev environments
  • Passion for ethical AI and governance

What You'll Do

  • Work with AI tools for coding, debugging & testing
  • Move fast from prototype ("vibe coding") to production-quality systems
  • Make sure solutions are secure, maintainable & high-performing
  • Build and refine AI-assisted pipelines (tests, CI/CD, validation)
  • Keep up with emerging AI development tools
  • Mentor teammates in adopting AI-enhanced workflows
