What You'll Do:

  • Support one of our Boards by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and
  • ensuring follow-ups on key actions.
  • Manage project timelines, reporting and communication between Board members
  • and directors.
  • Oversee event organization, including international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute official communications and decisions to key stakeholders.
  • Handle meeting minutes and track deliverables to ensure project efficiency.
  • Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and AI Tools to create reports and presentations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a driving force behind project progress, making sure tasks are completed
  • and goals are met.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in project/executive assistance, agenda planning or administrative
  • support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced
  • environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with event
  • coordination.
  • Fluency in both English (C1) and French (B1-B2) – required for both written and
  • verbal communication.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
