Căutăm un Trade Marketing Coordinator pasionat de strategie, execuție și impact

Rolul tău (pe scurt):

Vei dezvolta și coordona activitățile de trade marketing care conectează strategia de brand cu realitatea din piață. Vei crea planuri, campanii și standarde de execuție care inspiră consumatorii, sprijină echipa de vânzări și cresc performanța brandurilor din portofoliul Secom.

Ce vei face concret:

  • Vei dezvolta strategii și activități comerciale integrate (campanii promoționale, plasări, acțiuni tactice la raft).
  • Vei susține echipa de vânzări cu instrumente și argumente comerciale, transformând insighturile de cumpărător în acțiuni concrete.
  • Vei propune și implementa standarde de execuție la punctul de vânzare – pentru ca fiecare interacțiune cu brandurile Secom să fie memorabilă.
  • Vei colabora strâns cu echipele de Marketing, Vânzări și Key Account Management pentru a dezvolta planurile de activare lunare și trimestriale.
  • Vei monitoriza performanța campaniilor, analiza rezultatele și vei veni cu soluții creative de îmbunătățire.
  • Vei contribui la lansarea produselor noi, la proiecte de categorie și la inițiative speciale in-store.

Ce ne dorim de la tine:

  • Să ai o experiență solidă în
    Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing
    (minim 2-3 ani).
  • Să înțelegi bine comportamentul cumpărătorilor și dinamica canalelor moderne și tradiționale.
  • Să ai spirit analitic, dar și o doză sănătoasă de creativitate.
  • Să fii organizat(ă), orientat(ă) spre rezultate și mereu atent(ă) la detalii.
  • Să îți placă să colaborezi cu diverse echipe și să vezi impactul concret al proiectelor tale în piață.
