Where do you want to go?

The Trade Marketing Manager is part of the Trade Marketing team and he/she contributes to planning and implementation of trading policies defined for the company/division in Fragmented Customers. Identify, suggest, and implement the annual plan for promotions and merchandising activities in Fragmented Customers aimed at consolidating and developing the company's presence in the relevant market. Develops and maintains good relationships to marketing departments of national key accounts in collaboration with field teams.

The position will be located in: Bucharest.

Do something that moves you


• Support in defining the in-store strategy to grow sales/market share for all Bayer active brands


• Creating and coordinating all in-store/trade activities (merchandising, promotions etc.) for specific brands from planning to implementation


• ROI evaluation and cost control of Trade activities


• Increase brand visibility and memorability (through innovative POSMs, special visibility projects, etc.);


• Support for trade activities implementation in most important Customers


• Preparation of presentations and analysis, new launch communications, sales monthly presentation for relevant stakeholders


• Manage Trade budgets to control costs as well as maximize sales volume and profitability


• Auditing, evaluation and payment tracking of merchandising contracts


• Support in defining "in store picture of success", scorecard, tracking, evaluation and propose course correct action to increase Bayer brands availability and visibility at the point of sale


• Coordinate external parties to deliver executional excellence across all customer/consumer programs (e.g. Category management, shopper insights, mystery shopper, loyalty, merchandising approach, etc.);


• Ensuring a good communication flow between Marketing and Sales to deliver the best activity plan for the respective channel
