Căutăm un nou coleg în rolul de
Procurement Specialist
, pasionat de achiziții și de construirea unor relații de durată cu furnizorii.

Responsabilități:

· Coordonează cu departamentele interne pentru a monitoriza nivelurile stocurilor și a planifica cererile viitoare;

· Asigurara livrarea la timp a echipamentelor necesare pentru proiectele solare in lucru;

· Cercetează și evaluează furnizorii pe baza calității, prețului, fiabilității și capacității de livrare a panourilor fotovoltaice și a altor componente;

· Negociază contracte, prețuri și termeni cu furnizorii pentru a obține cele mai bune condiții;

· Stabilește și menține relații puternice cu furnizorii pentru a asigura un flux constant de materiale și pentru a rezolva rapid problemele.;

· Monitorizează tendințele pieței și analizează date pentru a anticipa nevoile de echipamente, asigurând disponibilitatea acestora pentru proiecte;

· Emite comenzi de achiziție, redactează și întreține contractele de achiziție și alte documente aferente;

· Coordonează cu diverse departamente pentru a monitoriza nivelurile stocurilor și a planifica cererile viitoare;

· Colaborează strâns cu echipele de inginerie, proiecte și alte departamente pentru a se alinia cu obiectivele de afaceri și pentru a oferi actualizări privind statusul comenzilor.

Cerinte:

· Min 2-3 ani experienta anterioara intr-un rol similar;

· Competente avansate de operare in Excel si cunostinte generale de operare in sisteme ERP;

· Cunoștințe despre piața panourilor fotovoltaice și componentele asociate – constituie avantaj

· Abilități excelente de negociere și comunicare

· Abilități analitice pentru a interpreta date de piață și a anticipa nevoile

· Abilități de management al relațiilor cu furnizorii

· Capacitatea de a gestiona multiple proiecte și sarcini simultan
