, care să ducă la următorul nivel un portofoliu de
produse marcă proprie
în categoria
cosmetice & dermatocosmetice
, într-un business cu expunere națională și obiective clare de creștere.

Vei avea șansa de a conduce strategia de brand cap-coadă: de la idee și concept, până la lansare, promovare și scalare în piață – cu autonomie reală și vizibilitate în companie.

Rolul tău va include:

  • Crearea și implementarea strategiei de brand pentru gama proprie de cosmetice și dermatocosmetice
  • Coordonarea dezvoltării de produs – de la concept până la lansarea pe piață
  • Monitorizarea performanței produselor (vânzări, marjă, poziționare, ROI)
  • Colaborarea cu echipele interne (achiziții, marketing, digital, design) și parteneri externi
  • Analiza pieței și a trendurilor pentru a identifica oportunități noi
  • Coordonarea campaniilor ATL & BTL în colaborare cu agenții și echipele creative
  • Asigurarea consistenței vizuale și de mesaj în toate punctele de contact

Candidatul ideal are:

  • Minimum 2 ani de experiență în Brand Management, preferabil în cosmetice, dermatocosmetice, FMCG sau personal care
  • Background solid în
    retail modern
    (hypermarket, supermarket, farmacii) și/sau e-commerce
  • Cunoștințe avansate în marketing, poziționare, dezvoltare de produs și cercetare de piață
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare, project management și gândire strategică
  • Pasiune autentică
    pentru categoria de beauty și un mindset antreprenorial
  • Studii superioare în Marketing, Business, Comunicare sau domenii conexe
  • Limba engleză – nivel avansat
