Responsibilities
Your main focus :

  • Preparing sales reports and analyses covering sales results, key performance indicators, and market trends
  • Monitoring and reporting sales performance across channels, customers, and product categories
  • Supporting the sales forecasting process and target setting
  • Developing reports and presentations for business reviews and internal meetings
  • Analyzing market share and performance compared to competitors
  • Preparing stock and distribution reports for sales channels
  • Providing data and analytical support to the sales team
  • Contributing to business recommendations based on collected data and insights

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

  • Min 2 years of professional experience in similar role in FMCG industry
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Analytical skills and problem solving, ability to translate conclusions into strategic plans
  • Responsible "own it-drive it" attitude and strong team spirit
  • Strong communication and priorities management skills
  • Experience in SAP, fluency in Excel as required
  • Fluency in Romanian an very good knowledge of English (writing, speaking, reading)
