About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our product development process while ensuring all products meet regulatory requirements in our active markets. This role combines creative and operational aspects of bringing a product from idea to launch, with strong attention to compliance and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across departments, from R&D and production to marketing and sales, ensuring both product excellence and regulatory integrity.

Main Responsibilities:

Production & Product Development:

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept and formulation to market launch.
  • Collaborate with factories and suppliers to develop innovative formulas, select high-quality ingredients, and define key product benefits.
  • Manage sampling, stability testing, performance testing, and any other evaluations to ensure product quality and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate production timelines and ensure manufacturing meets agreed quality and cost standards.
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to prepare packaging, technical documentation, and all launch-related materials.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement based on market feedback, trends, and performance data.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with factories, suppliers, agencies, and other partners.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements and align with company policies.

Regulatory Affairs:

  • Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory standards in existing and new markets.
  • Review market-specific requirements for new launches and define compliance steps.
  • Manage product registration processes, including compiling and submitting documentation for approvals or certifications.
  • Review and approve labels, packaging, and marketing materials to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Monitor updates in cosmetic and skincare regulations, communicating changes to relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in product development and regulatory affairs, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven experience managing product lifecycles, from concept to launch, including formulation, testing, and manufacturing coordination.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for skincare and cosmetic products (FDA, EMA, and international standards).
  • Familiarity with product labeling requirements, INCI nomenclature, and claims substantiation.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
