Role Overview:
As our Brand Manager, you will be the strategic force behind the development and growth of the brands in our portfolio. You'll craft and execute yearly marketing plans, strengthen brand positioning, and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects our values and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with brands' positioning and guidelines
  • Strengthen brands' presence in the Romanian market through strategic campaigns and activations
  • Understand the customer journey and optimize every touchpoint - from awareness to loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, ecommerce, digital marketing) to deliver cohesive brand experiences
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform brand strategy
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, and tone across all channels
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for brand initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, ideally in cosmetics or FMCG
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative execution skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities
  • Deep understanding of consumer insights and market dynamics
  • Passion for beauty, innovation, and storytelling
