We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Demand Planning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will manage key forecasting processes, ensure smooth monthly updates and support demand planning activities across our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.

This is a limited position for 24 months.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

• Coordinates the Customer's Direct Forecast process (internally & externally): collection from providers (sales managers, customers) & data input/upload.
• Maintains the Planning System updated with the new forecast information received.
• Provides consolidated overview of forecast analyses to Sales Team & SIOP Manager.
• Prepares the reports/presentations needed for the monthly sales and supply review meetings and participates actively in them.
• Applies the demand adjustments in a timely and accurate manner. Proactively selects the key information related to demand planning, identifies the gaps/deviations and brings relevant arguments to make the forecast adjustments decisions.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years' work experience in a similar role or in an analytical role.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Sophisticated Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Oracle Hyperion knowledge.
• Experience working cross-functionally in an international organization.
