The main purpose of the position

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring efficient logistics operations, timely delivery of goods, accurate stock handling, and proper reporting. The role requires close collaboration with store teams, warehouse representatives, and central departments in order to resolve daily operational challenges and support business growth.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Daily Store Support
  • Ensure stores receive accurate information about incoming goods.
  • Maintain real-time communication with stores and warehouse representatives during delivery days to quickly resolve access, loading, or delay issues.
  • Process KPI – Info-delivery reports and communicate results to the central team in Poland.
  • Guide stores in applying proper procedures (reporting missing boxes, returning misplaced boxes, etc.).
  • Provide documentation during inspections (invoices, receipts, price history, certificates).
  • Assist stores with logistics procedures, SIM functionalities, and standard operational needs.
  • Store Inventory Management
  • Track missing deliveries and process virtual returns and claims, ensuring financial recovery.
  • Manage information related to damaged or incomplete deliveries.
  • Handle stock removals for uniforms, contests, and influencer allocations.
  • Coordinate logistics of sponsorships, including product allocation, documentation, and stock adjustments.
  • Central Inventory Management (Deposit RO, Outlet RO, Wady RO)
  • Ensure compliance with storage and transfer procedures.
  • Generate stock reports for other departments to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate stock reactivations requested by allocation teams.
  • Oversee Network Sales logistics (stock preparation, invoicing, reporting).
  • Manage processes for damaged stock destruction, including scheduling and system adjustments.
  • Reporting: prepare and process monthly RMS reports for Accounting, Environmental, and Marketing (Intrastat, Sales, RW-MAT, Ecological Tax, Stock Ageing).
  • Provide reports for internal and external audits.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SIM (or similar logistics systems).
  • Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
  • Initiative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management – an advantage.
