Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

As Logistic Specialist you will be part of the country supply service team, ensure the working operation background of the supply by managing the basic warehouse operations, distributors and embellishment 3PLs, as well as complaint management. You will report to our Customer Service & Logistics Lead and will be working with our Essential Home portfolio with brands like AirWick, Calgon and Cillit. To our new colleague we will provide a fixed-term contract for 1 year.

• Ensure timely product receiving operations

• Ensure that inventory products are managed, picked, loaded and shipped in accordance with operational objectives

• Generating UIT codes for trucks loaded from the factories

• Prepare logistics reports

• Complete logistics data file for IKA customers

• Informs internal customers about upcoming 3PL shipments

• Communicates to customer service the availability of 3PL products

• Resolves issues related to: carrier reservations, unloads, changes or updates to data logistics

• Creates BOM in PIS

• Tests new decorations, price negotiation with 3PL, pallet testing

• DDN analysis support

• Continuously checks the stock of promotional materials and productions

• Prepares customized reports and analyses upon special request, only with the approval of the direct manager

• Complete and update 3PL data with new embellishment codes and their logistics

• Establish production plans for the next week and send files to FM Logistic

• Validate freight invoices

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related subject
• 2 years' experience in a similar position in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding and use of procurement skills for negotiation
• Knowledge of transportation and custom regulations
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Experience or understanding of supply chain best practices (e.g.: Kanban, Just in Time, Kaizen)
• Fluent English and Romanian
