We're Expanding Our Customer Service Team – Join Us

We are looking for a dedicated
Import Customer Service & Pricing Specialist – FCL
to join our operations team and help us deliver excellent service to our customers.

If you have a passion for logistics, a proactive mindset, and time management skills, we'd love to hear from you

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in
    freight forwarding / shipping / logistics
  • Solid knowledge of
    maritime FCL transport and import procedures
    .
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle pricing requests for
    FCL import shipments
    from customers and sales teams
  • Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal/external partners for smooth operations.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations in a timely manner
  • Support sales with tailored solutions and participate in tender/RFQ processes.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues (delays, missing documents, extra charges).
  • Provide customer support and maintain professional, proactive communication.
