Procurement Project Coordinator
to join their dynamic team in Bucharest.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the
    Head of Procurement
    in planning and executing strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with the
    Sourcing Officer
    and key stakeholders to monitor and report project progress across multiple countries
  • Coordinate with
    Country Procurement Specialists
    to ensure smooth and consistent operations
  • Maintain and update
    supplier and contract databases
    , including contract drafting, renewals, and compliance tracking
  • Contribute to process improvement and help enhance documentation standards
  • Assist in preparing
    reports, KPIs, and compliance reviews
    to ensure alignment with internal policies


What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in
    procurement or project coordination
    , ideally within a multinational company
  • Strong understanding of
    end-to-end procurement processes
    — from sourcing to contract management
  • Proven ability to manage procurement operations across multiple regions or teams
  • Excellent
    organizational and stakeholder management
    skills
  • Experience with
    supplier and contract database systems
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven by
    process improvement and collaboration
